Are Libertarians just Fiscally Conservative and Socially Liberal and a Libertarian? Basically Moderate Conservatives

Are Libertarians just people who are fiscally conservative and socially liberal? From what I understand, they support lower taxes, but also support the legalization of marijuana and abortion. So they simply take the fiscal policy of Republicans and the social policy of Democrats. They’re basically Rockefeller Republicans or moderate conservatives.
