What information do we collect? How do we use it?
- When you order, we need to know your name, email address, mailing address, credit card number, and expiration date (unless you order by check or money order of course.) This allow us to process and fulfill your order and to notify you of your order status.
- When you submit a customer review, we always ask for your permission to display any part of it on our web site or other marketing materials.
- When you enter a contest or other promotional feature, we may ask for your name, address, and email address so we can administer the contest and notify winners.
- We may also use the information we collect to occasionally notify you about important functionality changes to the web site, new services, and special offers we think you’ll find valuable. If you would rather not receive this information, simply tell us and your email address will be removed from future emailings.
How do we protect customer information?
When you place orders by credit card, we offer the use of a secure server. The secure server software encrypts all information you input before it is sent to us. Furthermore, all of the customer data we collect is protected against unauthorized access and after the your order is shipped, credit card information is deleted from our system.
What about “cookies”?
