If it’s so wrong then why is it everywhere?
I’m not talking about drug abuse America I’m talking about the mixed economy
Used in every developed economy Bar the USA. Used in economies such as Denmark with is crazy high HDI. It helps tackle income inequality that slows down the growth of aggregate demand. Most importantly I means nationalised Healthcare. USA could save 5-8% of its GDP in adopting a NHS equivalent.
USA spends 18% of GDP on healthcare UK 10%. EU average 7.7% bureaucratic Germany 12.7% and left wing France at 12.2%
USA average life span is 76.33 years old Yet. In UK has on average a 80.7 years, EU average has 80.1 years Germany 80.9years France 82.32years
So in a market healthcare costs more yet gives you less…… in macroeconomics terms that seems like free market is screaming the noun phrase allocative inefficiency.
