If you believe in seat belt laws, why shouldn’t hard drugs be illegal?
I’m a person who leans libertarian, but this question slightly stumps me. Many people cite legal paternalism in support of requiring drivers to wear their seat belt, but couldn’t such the exact same logic be used to justify banning hard drugs?
