Weapon against drones is illegal to be sold in the US (check disclaimer at bottom of site)

Today i learned there is a weapon that can disable drones from a safe distance. I also learned that the sale of such a weapon is illegal to be sold in the US because it hasent been authorized by the Federal Communications Commisions
