The Libertarian Party of Pennsylvania was taken over by alt-right Mises Caucus & proceeded to nominate a convicted child sex offender & chief witness for Trump’s election lawsuit in PA as their candidate for PA Governor
For those who may not be following internal LP shenanigans, an alt right group known as the Mises Caucus has been attempting to take over the Libertarian Party.
This group had previously taken control of the New Hampshire LP which has been responsible for the repeated edgelord tweets that have caused so many on here to go “WTF is the LP doing”
They took over the Pennsylvania affiliate at their state convention today. Their first piece of business was to nominate a perennial fringe candidate with no prior libertarian connections, Daryl Brooks, as their candidate for Pennsylvania governor. Brooks is also a convicted sex offender after masturbating in front of multiple children.
The end goal for this is to turn the LP into nothing more than another alt right, edgelord Trump aligned organization to help push through whatever crazy plan Bannon & others have for when Trump runs in 2024.
