Is it possible to be pro 2A but anti gun culture?

Could a libertarian still be considered a libertarian if they are pro 2A but don’t own a gun and are against the gun culture in the USA? I only ask because the whole gun culture has gotten out of hand especially with Trump supporters. It’s kinda turned into “you better have a gun or you’ll die” with some of them.
