I believe regulation is only justifiable in the instances of a public good or an irrational being. Have I thought this through?
To be clear: By public good I mean public assets, public health concerns or public safety concerns. By irrational being I mean those who are underdeveloped or mentally disabled. So I believe all instances of regulation on private commerce/property regarding rational beings are inefficient and immoral. submitted by /u/MilkedPolitician [link] [comments]
