The US invasion of Iraq was deemed “successful” in only about a month. How would invasions of other countries start and end?
The Iraqi invasion entered through Kuwait and the Persian Gulf and ended with the capture of Bagdad and ultimately the capture of Saddam Hussein in December. How was the invasion so easy and successful (yes, I know the invasion led to the Iraq War and a drawn out conflict, I’m talking about purely the invasion)? How would this work out in other countries? I was thinking Iran, Russia, China, or even the America-hostile south and central American countries of Nicaragua and Bolivia. I want the perspective of other libertarians.
