Notification of Presidential Vote Data for Delegate Allocations

The Libertarian National Committee Policy Manual provides the following:
11.11 – Party Records

2) Delegate Allocation Based on Presidential VotesÂ
The Secretary shall distribute to each affiliate party the presidential vote totals that the Secretary proposes to use for purposes of delegate allocation for national conventions as provided for in the Bylaws, no later than the last day of April in the year following a presidential election. If any Party member seeks a modification of the vote totals proposed by the Secretary, the member shall file with the Secretary a written request to modify the totals along with any documentation supporting the request no later than the last day of May of the same year.
