Is deepfake technology something that should be morally condemned?
If someone uses another person’s image to create sexually explicit or ridiculous content, is that morally wrong? According to libertarian theory, a person’s image is not considered their property. So, doesn’t that mean deepfakes aren’t inherently problematic? Additionally, do you believe that the recent rise in deepfake pornography is a societal issue that needs to be addressed? I would like to hear the opinions of other libertarians on this matter. submitted by /u/Legitimate-Leopard73 [link] [comments]
