What are y’all views on state supported coercive mental health “treatments”.
I read some papers by Dr Thomas Szasz. Really eye opening. Gave me a new meaning on the importance for personal liberty.
Also makes me think and wear the Tinfoil hat as to why every medeivial philosopher who was speaking against the state, is said to have gone “mad” and contacted death in a mad house.
Anyways, any non coercive approach (treatment or not) would be much better imo (not that it matters) for anyone.
