What do you guys think about LLCs?
We often hear about LLCs being used either by foreign investors to shield their identities & buy up land and/or properties, used by major financial groups to do the same, used by builders to buy land to build on etc. I believe to an extent they’re great since they protect investors & encourage investment. There are the obvious downsides though. What do you think about them? Should the be subject to more regulation? Is the way we have it now fine? Would love to hear everyone’s thoughts.
