Why are libertarians pro-choice?
Hi Everyone
I’m a former conservative turned libertarian. I find myself agreeing with almost everything Libertarians agree with except abortion which seems to be the one thing that stuck. To clarify I identify as agnostic so my Pro-life values aren’t based on religion. I guess I believe that everyone even unborn babies have the right to life. I also understand libertarians viewpoint that a women should be able to do anything they want to their body but that goes against the idea that you can do whatever you want as long as you’re not hurting anybody.
In my ideal world the morning after pill would be the encouraged abortion method with actual abortion being only for cases where the child threatens the mothers life.
I would love to hear everyone’s opinion on this.
