45 Executive Orders in 2 Weeks

As the title says, Joe Biden, as of today, has now signed 45 EOs in just over two weeks in office. Can we quit pretending that this is normal? I was downvoted into oblivion for suggesting he would reach 100 by EOY and he’s still on pace to shatter that number.
