AnCaps, why aren’t you concerned that warlords would take over if we abolished the state?

If you think the state should be abolished, do you have any concern that new factions hoping to obtain power would take over? Couldn’t the richest people with the most resources arm followers and create their own state that we’re all subjected to? Couldn’t they fight perpetual wars between one another? At least we have some rights under the Constitution, but in this scenario, we would be at the mercy of the people with the most resources.
