Careful not to make Capitalism your religion.
Being a Libertarian, you often have to combat arguments bemoaning Capitalism as a failed system or the worst system. This can drive you to automatically think Capitalism is the answer all the time. I caution you against assuming a solution is the best because it is the most Capitalistic. This is akin to a religion.
Libertarians do not pray to Capitalism and deify it (many of us already have religions we grapple with). The idea here is maximizing individual liberties. Libertarians have overwhelmingly found Capitalism to be the most successful system at doing so thus far; it is a tool, not perfection. If you find yourself immediately dismissing or praising an idea because it is the most Capitalistic, reexamine if or how that idea maximizes individual liberties and reassess why we hold individual liberties so highly. It can be easy to fall into a trap of automatic praise of a system we spend so much time defending and we need to be careful not to do so. Thank you, that is all.
