But the Libertarian Party is going to have to adjust some aspects of their platform to broaden their base. Stop promoting positions that alienate other liberty minded people. Focus on the aspects of libertarianism that are more popular and let other things go for the time being. Not change or give up on principles, but focus on the ones that are more relatable to more people.
