I really enjoy national parks, national forest, & BLM land for recreation. How would libertarian-ism change these for me?
I enjoy the outdoors. Particularly exploring new locations in relative solitude. It’s a fairly cheap hobby once you have the gear. I enjoy off-roading, camping, backpacking, & fishing. Living on the west coast I have access to a lot of public land for pretty much free. I agree with most libertarian ideology and believe many things would improve for me with smaller government. However, I can’t see how the access to these public lands would improve for me with less government. I could see most of this land becoming off limits to me or the landscape changing drastically. How do you guys think these would change?
