Can we talk about how it feels like the only real law enforcement that ever happens is to fine you
So I have been a victim of a crime more times in my short life than most people have. One was even as serious as being robbed at gun point, or a grand larceny twice.
Hit by a hit and run drunk driver, etc.
Let’s steer away from general police crimes and my medical records were posted by my doctor in a publicly assessable part of the internet and nothing was done at all because it happened to be in a place almost no one would click on according to them.
Or how a fancy hospital did not one but two surgeries on my dad without my consent as power of attorney which killed him three years ago but they never got around to that medical board complaint.
Never do these laws seem to be as seriously pursued as let’s say me not stopping long enough at a stop sign…..
or before making a right on red. Or god forbid I drive 35mph down a hill while breaking for a red light I get issued a speeding ticket because the limit suddenly dropped at the top of the hill. Or I was 50 bucks short in filing my taxes and all hell breaks loose and I have people enforcing these laws up my butt.
There is always an excuse why they won’t do anything for crimes that i consider serious and would like taken seriously. But if it’s a low effort quick buck extortion fine you better believe they are on it.
I was just thinking about this today after yet another thing that no one cared about.
