Curious about where Libertarians would side on this issue

Honest question about Libertarian philosophy. Regarding the business that was forced to shut down by the landlord over hosting a drag queen event, is the Libertarian approach that the landlord should be allowed to control everything that goes on in their properties. Or, is the Libertarian response that the government, in this case I guess it would be through the legal system, should support free speech for all citizens rich or poor.
