Some Questions from a Recent Libertarian

I have recently been interested in the Idea of Libertarianism, but I have concerns that I haven’t seen Libertarians address yet.

1. In a Perfect Libertarian Economy, what prevents a company from becoming a Mass Monopoly and taking place as a Corporate State?

2. Why wouldn’t a Company not destroy the environment for profit?
