How should a prison be in a liberterian society?

Should the prison focus mostly on punishment or rehabilitation?

Should people who commit serious crimes get a second chance? murderers etc?

Should the prisons be more simmilar to Norway ( rehabilitation, shorter sentences), or stricter and more focused on punishment?
