Past is Prologue – Lecture on Stimulus and Inflation
For those new to r/Libertarian and wishing to be briefed on Stimulus and Inflation please review the linked video. No, the video is not new and recent, in fact it almost 40 years old. Nevertheless our country has experienced these phenomenon before and we were told how to avoid it in the future. We didn’t listen.
An important factor in being a well versed Libertarian is understanding basic competitive free market principles. One of those principles is understanding the impact of the State on our daily lives, economically, politically, and socially. Inflation impacts all three negatively and is the direct result of Government Policies.
Feel free to disagree or discuss the points mentioned in the video, but at least review and consider. At the very least it will help make you a better advocate of what you may already believe to be true and to hear counterpoints.
