Repeal the 16th Amendment

With the midterms coming up, it is important for all of us to stand up and make our only uniform collective demand in this party, to repeal the 16th Amendment. We have the power to go to any town hall meeting and ask any person running for elected office if they will support the repeal of the 16th amendment.

The amendment allows for the government to take citizens’ income without their consent and under penalty of violent imprisonment. We as individuals are legally obligated to pay for policies against our morality and this causes economic and psychological damage to many people in this country. We should honestly sue in class action for all moneys taken and for damages against our collective ability to acquire residual earnings from that income.

The taxation is theft trope is old and tired. The fact that my money has been taken from me to pay for war, cyber war, economic war, and for psychological operations on human fucking beings is atrocious. The 16th allows for government to spend at will since they have guaranteed their capacity to increase their earnings on the back of working class families. This has gone on for far too long. If our government will not repeal this amendment, we have the moral obligation to protest in any capacity we find. We can’t stand idly by while struggling families have their hard earned money taken from them without their consent.
