What do libertarians think of US military intervention in the name of capitalism and liberal democracy?
Many times, the United States and other Western powers will invade and militarily destabilize a country in order to install a regime that is favourable to US financial interests. Much of US military intervention is imperialist nation-building to create capitalist puppet states that favour US corporations.
Given that libertarians hold capitalism in high regard, is there any justification for invading a country and establishing a puppet government that is favourable to Western capitalist interests?
