Corporations do not deserve rights
I believe that in a hypothetical libertarian eutopia no corporations will have rights beyond those necessary to function. Rights should be reserved for individuals.an example of how this would play out. People have a right to water in a free market water will have many companies trying to sell it if 1 company controls all the water in an area they are forced to split or have their prices regulated. Anywhere where economic forces couldn’t force companies to do the right thing by the people, there needs to be some form of intervention to protect actual real people.
