Question about the non-aggression principle
What should the punishment be for violating the nonaggression principle?
I ask because libertarians value freedom more than anything else. Going to prison is obviously the opposite of that.
Suppose someone assaults a person who is just exercising their right to free speech? What should the punishment be for this? How do we determine what level of freedom deprivation is adequate?
