Does Person A have the right to ethically and/or legally murder Person B?
In this hypothetical, Person A is a billionaire who enjoys killing people. Person B is an impoverished father who’s daughter is dying, and can’t afford the medical procedures necessary to save her life. Person A agrees to provide Person B with the money necessary to save the daughter’s life, and in return Person A is given permission to torture and kill Person B in a few years, to which Person B agrees out of desperation. A few years pass, and Person B begs and cries to Person A not to kill them. Does Person A have the right to ethically/legally kill Person B.
