Unconscionability in signed contracts
Can a contract have anything it wants in it? Like if you buy a phone and it’s yours can the seller make you sign a contract when you buy the phone that you cannot repair the phone but must bring the phone over to their repair store or they say you simply cannot and if you do repair it in violation of the contract they will have armed men come to your house and take your property away from you.
Is this acceptable in contract theory law? Or is this unconscionable and or immoral?
