The right to put security cameras on your property
A lot of libertarians are pro property, and I agree with them, but there seems to be this glaring thing that they seem to be overlooking. That thing is security cameras and how it’s illegal to install them in certain places on your property
Here’s the thing, I should have the right to put a security camera in whatever place I want if it’s on my property, and that includes the bathroom. If you are on my property, you don’t have the right to privacy and you shouldn’t get to expect it.
There are countless of cases of people being arrested just for installing security cameras in the bathrooms of their OWN HOMES. It’s tyranny and downright evil.
It’s not allowed because people may get undressed? What an arbitrary cultural reason…… It shouldn’t be the government’s job to legislate mere cultural taboos. Putting arbitrary cultural values about nudity over people’s rights to private property, disgusting. The only concern the government should have is liberty.
If someone or a business wants to put security cameras in their bathrooms, then that should be their right. Period.
Nobody is going to force you to go to a bathroom with a security camera in it.
