If the 9ths ruling goes to the Supreme court there will be 3 options: sustain, overturn, and ignore which allows the 9ths rolling to stand.

What are your thoughts on if an extremely conservative Supreme Court either affirms the lower court or refuses to hear the case.

Its probable they will overule if they take the case, though I think the most likely scenario is they do not take the case.

But in either case what would your reaction be?

If you rest the bulk of your defense of the second amendment and on the constitution, and the Supreme court rules the law constitutional or allows the rulling to stand, how would you respond and what would you argue for or against it.
