My Questions about Libertarianism (NEW TO THIS)
Hello everyone,
I am ‘new’ to Libertarianism(Being an ex-Centrist), and I have a few specific questions that would help me understand this way of thinking better. I understand these questions may be stupid to you, but I’m new and would like to learn more!
1.) Can you restrict immigration to this Libertarian Country, for example, if I had something like a “Christian Libertarian state” and the only condition to entering and living in this state is that you had to be a practising Christian?
2.) Alongside the essential services like a police force, can there be another tax for universal healthcare?
3.) Instead of a small and limited government, can it be replaced with a semi-constitutional monarchy t that would function similarly?
4.) Theoretically, would it be better to have a small Christian government or a secular government alongside a church or churches?
5.) What regulations would be on social issues, for example selling drugs?
6.) In a libertarian country, would big businesses be somewhat regulated, so they can’t destroy the smaller competition and exploit people?
7.) Would self-defence be in accordance with the NAP?
8.) Would isolationism or Internationalism be better for a Libertarian state?
I might do a part 2 if I have any other questions. Thank you for your help!
