Given than the next pandemic can be more fatal, virulent, transmissible, etc at an exponentially higher rate in our children, what can our society do in the short term to massively boost the education of doctors, nurses, biochemists, pharmacists, etc to help before the next one hits our children?
are there non-libertarian policies you may consider to be implemented?
