Warrant shouldnt be severed in the middle of the night.

I’d like to start by saying if someones life is at risk or it’s time sensitive then yeah they should be, like if they kidnapped someone.

But beyond that I feel like these causes where officers kick down the door in the middle of the night and there a shooting occurs I sit there and think if someone kicks my door in I’m likely to start shooting back before asking who kicked my door in. Hell it’s even better for officer safety for that very reason. And this falls under no knock warrants to me. If they have to knock but you’re dead asleep or have to get up and get yourself together they are likely to kick the door in anyway cause there was no awnser.

That’s my opinion anyhow, I fail to see how serving warrants at night is more effective then in the evening.
