I need help
So, my brother and I disagree. Alot. He is an anarcho-communist, wheras I am a libertarian. We argue about alot, and one argument we had was about private property. He said that private property is enharently violent, seeing as you can take action against someone for tresspassing despite not threatening you at all. He also says you can only justify some sort of private property through a preconceived entitlement to a piece of land, and thus it is illegitimate seeing as there is no way of getting said entitlement without a state. And if the state is how you justify your claim to the land, you are essentially using violence, or the threat of, to justify private property. What do you think?
