Thoughts on abortion and suicide ?
How do other Libertarians feel about these topics. My opinion on suicide would be it is the individuals right to choose whatever they want with their life even if that includes ending it, if they are dying of terminal illness and wish to pass over any suffering and go on their own terms, or if life is overwhelming torment that is no longer bearable then that is your choice, while for the latter I would recommend at least trying some type of treatment in the end I believe it is overall their choice. Abortion I’m in the same idea the individuals choice, but in my opinion once the fetus has a functioning brain I would call that a human being and abortion would be infringing on its right to live, the state should have no say in the matter the individual should chose based on what they believe is morally okay. While both are heavy and sad subjects I’m interested to see what others thoughts and opinions are.
